Raw material test	Carbon black content tester	It is used to test whether the carbon black content and dispersion of raw meet the national standards.
	Automatic Karl Fischer moisture meter--METROHM, Switzerland	It is used to detect the moisture content of PE raw materials, effectively eliminating a series of quality conditions such as bubbles caused by high moisture in pipes and fittings.
Welding Pipes and fittings test	Q20 Differential scanning calorimeter	Test the oxygen-resistance performances of the pipe, fittings and valves to ensure the long working life of our company's products.
	Hydrostatic pressure testing machine-- SCITEQ	Hydrostatic test. Test method: 3 products are randomly selected from each batch for testing. If there is unqualified, all the batches will be treated as unqualified
	Electronic universal testing machine-MTS	Test elongation of pipe. Testing method: The elongation at break of the pipe must reach more than 350%
	Third party testing center	RCP, SCG testing institutions carry out test items on pipes.
