Raw material test	Carbon black content tester	It is used to test whether the carbon black content and dispersion of raw meet the national standards.
Raw material test	Automatic Karl Fischer moisture meter--METROHM, Switzerland	It is used to detect the moisture content of PE raw materials, effectively eliminating a series of quality conditions such as bubbles caused by high moisture in pipes and fittings.
Valves test	HDPE valve seal test machine	Could be used to test valve under ( 0 , low , high pressure) conditions to see seal performance. Tested in transparent water tank; the leaking part could be seen directly and clearly by eyes
	YXLON--X-ray digital scan machine	Each product (HDPE) could be inspected without harm ; could be used to inspect the product's inner gas hole , defects and its sizes.
	KOSAKA--Cylinder shape detector	Could be used to inspect circular products to see the products' ovality ; squareness ; and surface roughness.
	Enter-type thermal testing machine	Could be used to simulate extremely hot or cold temperature condition to test products performances.
