ERA has its own copper accessories factory which specially forms a complete set of ERA fittings. So we could realize effective control of production, technology, quality and capacity, and guarantee the product quality and delivery time from the source. 

1. ERA copper accessories are made of Hpb57-3 and Hpb59-1. We could also supply European standard copper parts. 

2. The production equipments of copper accessories are in a leading position in this industry. The entire process of production is all completed through CNC machine tools to ensure the quality of our products. Besides, we have complete inspection facilities, and strictly implement ISO 90001 and ISO 14001 standard. The inspection processes of producing, packaging and finished products are strictly implemented, which ensures the excellent quality of ERA copper accessories.

ERA has its own rubber ring factory and specially supply to ERA fittings, equipped with automatic rubber refining production line, injection rubber vulcanization machine, frozen trimming machine (liquid nitrogen freezing) and other domestic high quality rubber production lines. It has various product series, totally have more than 1300 different products including EPDM, NR, NBR, and the maximum size could reach 1.8m. The annual output reaches 2500 tons.Some of our rubber ring already got NSF certification, this help to multiply our ERA series and improve our ball valve quality.

ERA has NBR, EPDM and V-ton rubber, all these have obtained NSF certification, comparing with purchased rubber, our cost is much lower and could control the delivery time.
