ERA Mold Factory is a department specializing in plastic pipe fitting mold design and manufacturing. It has functional departments such as mold manufacturing workshop, mold design department, finishing workshop, and rubber mold manufacturing workshop, covering a total area of more than 5,000 square meters. It currently has more than 180 employees, of which more than 50% are senior professional and technical personnel. The department's main products cover eight major fields, including municipal pipe networks, industrial pipe networks, construction engineering, agricultural breeding, gas pipe networks, power communications and fire protection, whole-house decoration and other pipe fitting injection molds, with an average annual production of more than 1,500 sets. The department has a series of more than 70 mold processing equipment, including 9 CNC processing equipment CNC milling, 20 high-speed fine carving, 3 vertical/horizontal boring machines, medium/fast wire cutting 20 units. As well as a complete set of CAD\UG\MOULDFLOW\Cimatron\powermill and other software systems and manufacturing management systems.
