The kneading and fully automatic mixing and batching center was officially opened in May 2018. After the opening, supervisors will conduct centralized management. There are 18 sets of kneading systems in Taizhou Shuangpu factory, with a maximum monthly output of 27,000 tons. Each system realizes functions such as automatic raw and auxiliary material feeding, automatic metering, automatic mixing, automatic cooling, automatic screening of impurities, and automatic transportation. At the same time, an automatic alarm device is added to each system to facilitate timely detection of abnormalities and simultaneous machine repair for processing.
